Today was the final day our Zellers is going to be open. So we swooped in for some 80-95% off deals! I scored these gaming items for around $8. My son grabbed a bunch of the Rabbids things to open up and play with too. Sin & Punishment is one of my favorite Wii games so scoring a nice new sealed copy for $5 was awesome!!!

A friend came over to play some Magic cards tonight and brought me this CIB beauty! He had a CIB one in worse shape he was going to give me and stumbled across a good condition box only copy and grabbed it to upgrade the condition before he gave it to me. This is the same guy I got the free Commodore/Coleco box from a short while ago too. What a swell guy!

One of the Goodwills I hit had Pokemon Black Version 2 in a display case, looking practically brand new, for $9.99. So I asked a clerk if I could look at it. She whips it out of the display case, hands it to me, I open it up, and...

...there's no game card. Anywhere.

I coulda gotten me some nice gas money with that, you know.

Yet, I've never played any of the Pokemon games since the original Gen1 pokemon - Red and Blue. A friend of mine sold me his copy of Black, and I've been looking to speedrun Pokemon LeafGreen...

Man, Crabby I want that box and styrofoam for my Super Scope.  I know some of the plastic Nintendo used in that era yellowed.  They must have used that plastic on every Super Scope receiver, because mine and every other one I've seen looks like that.  Hey, you know those infomercials they have out now where you can spray some stuff on your yellowed head lights, and it clears them up?  Those people would make a killing if they made a spray that worked on yellowed carts and other plastics from that era.
