A bunch of CD-I games...

Fleach, are those PAL CD-i games? Considering it's called Cluedo, that immediately tips me off to non-US.

Shadow, I'm pretty sure that Cluedo is PAL and the others are NTSC. Our database does show the game as a European release.

Cluedo says "Made in Germany" in the fine print on the back. Obviously a PAL game in Canada is like a fish out of water. Does that make it special in any way?

My weekly Play n Trade stop:

The guys wanted to slim down some retro games that had been filling the shelves, since it looks like the retro stuff is getting less room these days. E-GAD!  I was happy to walk out with all the carts for $0.50 a piece.  Most are didn't haves.  Many will be tossed into systems lots I may sell, since they're sports games.

The Game Gear games were great additions.  They had a CIB Game Gear for $30 with really great sound and video, but since I have two good ones I didn't need to add the cardboard.  If anyone else wants it, let me know.  It comes with seven games like MK, Sonic Spinball, and Streets of Rage.

The N64 Mario Party was only $22 and is literally AS-SOLD complete, including the plastic bag that the cart was wrapped in.  So now I've picked up four Mario Party games this week.

I traded Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011 for this on Craigslist the other day.

Which Game Gear bundle? I'll be interested either way, but I just got a CIB Game Gear from wildbil that was the Sonic bundle.

Did a little trade with ixtaileddemonfox for a Sonic comic compilation book I saw him pick up a while back and now its in my possession. Also he sent me a little gift, a Sonic the Hedgehog & Moto Bug mini figure.  It certainly put a smile on my face. Thank you ixtaileddemonfox Smiley

Looks like a few members here are gonna get some little gifts from me come Christmas time as a karma return.

It was a bit dead around the thrift shops today but I did manage to find Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland for $1.

@Techie413: That is a very nice Nintendo lot for the prices! For 50¢ each that is a great way to load up.

@Tynstar: Must not be very much left for your Saturn collection, nice grabs.

How exactly does this work? I'm intrigued.

Hmmmm... Will I get something nice or a lump or coal? Hmmm...

Also, some of you might know about my anti-score.

Secret Santa around here works by signing up, providing your want list ($20 value gift preferred, but your Secret Santa can always go overboard like mine did!) and getting randomly matched up with another person. That person will make attempts at fulfilling your list, though things are always easier if you provide specifics as well as very broad suggestions (e.g. I'm interested in anything Sonic related, and I'm looking to fill in anything for my Saturn collection).

I'll need to get this spun up soon though for International shipping.

I have a few more on the way. I think after those come in I will need 18-19 more. I am down to 35ish Dreamcast gaems also.
