Golden Sun is an awesome game if you like RPGs.  It is definitely one of my favorites GBA games.

Sorry these pics are some upside down, imgur is being super lame for me today :/

so today was kind of like christmas. lots of packages in the mail! all of these are empty boxes. even better though, the auction for all of the super nintendo boxes said boxes only in fair conditon and boxes only. to my pleasant surprise, most of them had their manuals, and some had the posters inside in MINT condition, and the boxes are all 8-10 in condition too. definitely an amazing score off ebay.

i bought these game gear games randomly because they were sealed and buy it now like 4 dollars each free shipping. cant really beat that, even if they are crap games and bulk.

then i found these are the flea market today, 1 dollar each.

ive still got a lot of CIB nes games to come in from nintendoage, but this was a good day to say the least!

Hey now!

Figured I'd chime in by showing off the stuff I picked up at the last two summer video game blowout sales at Best Buy:

- Rayman Origins (Wii), $9.99

- Sin & Punishment: Star Successor, $4.99

- PilotWings Resort, $4.99

- Tetris Axis, $9.99

- PSP 8-UMD Case, $1.99

- 3DS Game Case & Stylus set, $0.99

- 3DS Clean & Protect kit, $1.99

- Two 4GB PSP memory sticks for $1.99 each

- Memorex DS/3DS 3-game changer, $1.99

- Memorex 3DS steering wheel, $1.99: I find this to be a fairly comfy grip for playing non-racing games as well.

- TransFormers character stylus set (Optimus Prime / Bumblebee), $0.99: I showed a friend the Optimus stylus, and he said,

"Is that what his junk looks like? Yeah, you like holding Optimus' junk, don't you, you queerbait? You really are gay for him, aren't you, fruity-boy!"

It goes without saying that my friends are very high-calibre.

Moving on:

- Nerf Sports Wii accessory set, $1.99: Hey, it's Nerf stuff; what was I gonna do, not buy it? Why don't you tell me to not breathe air while you're at it?

- Nyko Power Grip for 3DS, $4.99: This was a rare error in my favor. I ordered a Nyko PowerPak-Plus battery-- which normally retails for $15-- for in-store pick-up. When I picked up my order, the Power Grip-- which normally retails for $30, and allegedly lasts 3x as long versus PowerPak's measly 2x-- was there instead.

Not pictured:

- Everlast 3" step set for Wii Fit balance board $1.99

- AC cord and silicone cover set for Wii Fit balance board $1.99

Not being an Atari guy, I've never seen an Alien cart.  I'll have to add that to the "want" list. nice grab!

Thanks!

I'd consider myself very lucky to find a NES cart for that little at any of the Goodwills near me.

As for myself, I now have 1.75 complete Skylanders sidekicks sets:

I'm pretty sure the second Trigger Snappy will show up in my best friend's mailbox on Monday.

BTW how can you not find Trigger Snappy adorable? You can't, that's how! And if you can, you're dead inside. Just looking at that cute little gremlin, you'd never guess he'd grow up into a meth-fueled, happy-go-lucky homicidal maniac. Or, as I like to call him, the most awesomest Skylander ever!

Damn, InRainbows killed it.

Here's my piddly little score from yesterday.  The box is a little faded but I've been looking for this for awhile now.  It's CIB.

I'll laugh until you've verified that it's working - I don't see any cables Smiley

It works. I just didn't take any pictures of the cables. Didn't really feel like it. Anyway, if you want proof, I'll record some gameplay with my camera in real time so you can see.

I was just joking, since I knew you needed cables for it. If you got all of the cables though, awesome!
