Those multicarts are always fun when you run across them.

I grabbed all of this plus a CIB copy of Wario Ware, Inc. for Game Cube for $25 from the pawn shop today:

They do, just pop open the top door where the Gamecube controller ports are and plug the receiver in there.  If you have a Wii that plays Gamecube games, that is.

Picked up a CIB Xbox yesterday. Forza bundle with controller and DVD remote. Everything in the box and the box is in pretty good shape. $20

I had a rather lengthy conversation with a friend I met through my girlfriend. Turns out he's a pretty serious game collector too. We talked for about an hour at the bar about what we had, what we've sold, and what we've passed on. It was fantastic. We made plans to scour the garage sales around the city this weekend.

In essence, my 'small score' is a rekindled interest in collecting! It's been a long time coming, but I'm glad to finally have the itch back!

So my first day of training us done and I'm really bored so far. None of this is new to me, my job will basically be doing a freshman level biochem lab but hey, its gonna pay well. It was 107 in the afternoon when I got out and I didn't want to spend all day hunting, so I went to my aunts and had some dinner. About an hour ago I just went to some stores on the main drag and picked up a bunch of cheap Sega games for their immaculate cases, following the 2nd Law of course.

I went to another CD Tradepost I found and saw some gems like GC Twilight Princess, Persona 1 missing its manual though, and a big stash of Laserdiscs. I found something very good and cheap to walk away with. I had some credit so I ended up paying $.06 out of pocket for this.

ICO, still need to find that one.

Got this CIB PSX (model SCPH 1002 C) today, I'm not sure if this bundle with WipEout is a variant that can to be added to the database. The boxed controllers and cable are complete with instuctions.

It's a packaging variant - I don't see why it couldn't be added?

Get some Ozone spray and leave them in an enclosed area. The ozone will break down the smoke smell pretty quickly.
