After seeing all the neat stuff people have been posting, I'm not sure how well these very small scores of mine fit in  Smiley

This TI Money Manager, graphics card and 4 channel av switch were free, I think. We got them at a garage sale with a bunch of books, a few movies and a couple of cd's. All that was only $3 but I got the idea they were just giving away the electronic stuff. There was a boxed Commodore printer there, I felt bad passing it up because I'm sure someone out there wants it. It was neat to see, and the box wasn't in too bad of condition.

The av switch thing is going to be useful but I need one with like 30 channels Cheesy  I'm not really a calculator collector but this kind is one I've wanted, the display is really neat. It uses a 9v battery and apparently they are used up quick.  And what do you put the odds at the graphics card works?

Here are two games I have been looking for. Halo 2 is easy to find but I was waiting until I saw it under 10, I got this one for $8. Hard Drivin was an arcade game I really liked and I played its PC relative, Stunts, a ton as a kid, it was $2. They obviously fall outside of my goal to average $1 per item but they were games I had on the short list of ones I really wanted, so they don't really fit in with the regular collecting.

Yard Sale Day!

This week I drove an hour west from Toronto and hit a pretty suburban populated area. As always, Genesis shit is all CIB, I don't show games that aren't. Not shown are some neat bits of Genesis paperwork like a Game Genie code manual, the Phantasy Star hint book mint in plastic, odd manuals and stuff.

Common Genesis games

Black Box Canadian Variants

More common stuff

Nice cardboard lot

Getting rarer....

PSone lot (most exciting part is Vandal Hearts).

Some joypads attacking a PS2.

And the most exciting find today.....

Nice RR2 Duke!!!

@ Robotcowhand - Some of those games look so freakin glossy and amazing. jNice grab on that Ogre Battle 64 too!

@ nopoile - That looks like the same AV-selector I've got, but mine has 5 switches. Does yours do S-Video also? I really like it, but like  you said it would be nice if it had 5-6 times as many inputs Tongue

Yeah, that switch box has s-video and rca inputs. 4 channels in and one out. Its heavier then I would expect, hopefully that relates to build quality. I have avoided buying these in the past because it seems like the number of inputs is a drop in the bucket to what I've needed. Now that I'm putting together a 2nd game area and things can be more spread out, I think this switch will work out good. Oh, and being free never hurts.

You shouldn't have any problems making money on that Galactic Crusader in that shape. Nice grab!
