I got a surprise package in the mail today.  Our good ol' buddy Zagnorch sent me a box out of the blue.  What could it be?  He was awesome and sent me a GBA SP!! I'm guessing it was from myself and techwizard talking about playing Link's Awakening on our GBC.  Zagnorch is a great guy.  Thanks alot man!!

hey piles welcome to the site, good stuff!

@gamernick i'm ready to see what CIB's those are Tongue

@foakakis nice stuff esp 2nd pic, looks like a collection of games i might be playing at any given time haha

Thanks! So much good stuff at the Goodwill today. Smiley

I made a trade at Goodwill with one of the resellers there, I gave him a star wars battlefront II for the Resident Evil Survivor. I know the Battlefront is worth more, but I was more into the Resident Evil.

I need to find a box and a manual to the Goonies II game now, I have been picking up CIB silver box konami games lately, and this find will help me check off one more.

I have to agree.  A boxed Kirby's Dreamland for $6.99 is a great find, and always great to see more Famicom/SuFAMI games in the small scores thread.

there is kind of an interesting story behind it.  As some people may know I work for a charity that is partners with Value Village and I deliver donations to their stores everyday.  One of the perks of the job is that I'm allowed access through the production room in the back of the store to see where all the magic happens before it hits the sales floor.  So after unloading my truck yesterday I went on the sales floor and saw a few cart only Super Nintendo games, Kirby being one of them.  I picked them up and as I was walking back to my truck through the production room, I noticed the empty Kirby box just sitting there in the trash.  to my surprise they put up no fight and just handed me the box!  So what was first just a pretty good score, two minutes later turned out to be one of my best ever.

AND i got a raise yesterday.  Good f'n day all around....except just before bed when my cat peed on my gps that i user for work every day, but you know it's gotta balance out somehow.

@gamernick - I'm very jealous of the Ar Tonelicos and Atelier Iris series. Been looking for those for a while.

I did get an amazing package in the mail today from my man Noiseredux. He's my favorite person to trade with here and always has awesome stuff for me. Everything came in like new condition and he gave me the kind of deal on this stuff that you might reserve for a close family member. I couldn't be happier, thanks man!

This is all I could find at the thrifts today, mostly PC stuff. Also stumbled on a cool Zelda Phantom Hourglass DS carrying case.

What started off as a trip to the hardware store turned out nicely. Gotta love the thrift store surprises.
