Witcher 2 is now free
http://marketplace.xbox.c...15-d80257520824?cid=SLink

Xbox Live and the Marketplace are a complete cluster though so might want to hold off a day or 2 until they can get their shit together.

EDIT
In case you haven't grabbed it yet
D4 on the One

Damn, just got Witcher 2 for Christmas.

I must say though, the quality of their offerings has improved significantly. They've come a long way from offering things like Gears of War, Ass Creed II and Halo 3.

Grabbed D4 and Worms over the weekend. Thanks!

I tried out Witcher 2 last week, but had a really hard time getting into it. Is it worth playing further to get a feel for it, or is it pretty much the same all the way through?

Honestly, I've heard a mixed bag about Witcher 2, but haven't had a chance to play it at all so I can't offer much feedback besides that.

It's essentially Rocket Riot, except with basketballs, and it has "live" social integration with it. If you stream it on Twitch, or people tweet to your account, they can send messages that will affect your gameplay, like turning the ball into a bomb, flipping the screen, changing the physics, BLUE SCREENING the game (fake), and other effects.

Reviews from random users so far have been overwhelmingly positive.

The ability to create stages/characters/banners/music has lead to some really cool stuff. 8bit Marios to PS1 era Sony emblems to a Swastika over a rainbow PRIDE banner with dicks (that last one will likely get the creator in trouble. It breaks a whole bunch of rules) All of it can be shared with QR codes.

My first thoughts on it was Rocket Riot Rugby stages as well.
But it is quite different.

Rocket Riot you control one guy against a team
The levels are destructible
The enemies are killable
It is more about moving from point A to point B than it is about actually scoring
There are no rules
It was not fun.

What they have in common
8Bit sprites
2D world

Wonderful news, as Tomb Raider is our April Modern Community Playthrough title!
