I thought you were packing in preparation for the floods that have been hitting Calgary and Alberta, but then I saw your profile and noticed you're north of all that.
Loving the new game room and shelves for the console boxes! Everything is going to look amazing.

No Thank The Video Game Gods! My heart goes out to the people where the floods happened. I have a lot of family and friends in Calgary and thankfully they were out of the danger areas.

Oh why does it have to be +30 C ( +86 F ) on the days we decided to move?!?!? Thank the gaming gods again, I moved the collection last week. This heat is making me fatigued and clumsy as can be. Good thing it's just small furniture I'm moving

+30 C? That's a treat. I'm used to moving in +32 C or higher with 95% humidity.

I'm lookin' down the barrel of 40C and up today, myself.
But at least it's a dry heat.

We're getting our seasonal monsoon weather here in Florida, where you can time when the afternoon rainshowers will come. It's nice since it cools off everything in the afternoon.

Are the rains relatively warm at least? No matter what time of year it happens, the rain 'round my neck of the woods is always cold.
I was visiting relatives outside Washington DC many summers back when a big rainstorm hit, and I kinda dug that it was a warm one. I was gonna go hang out in it, but then the thunderstorms started up, and that was that.
Got caught up in a warm rain in Arizona one time, too. One of those heavy storms that popped up outta nowhere.

Dudes Im from Edmonton Alberta Canada, used to -30 not +30. Imagine being here in -35 with a 80 km wind chill, weather like that makes your nose bleed its so dry.... The cold dont bother me one bit though, but Im a wimp in the heat. You should see my sun burns

Yeah, it'll do that to you. After being in the sun for a bit, your skin will toughen up and you won't burn/peel as much. Unfortunately for me, I live in Florida and actually have a skin allergy to the sun.
