I bought Def Leppard:  Rock of ages:  The Definitive Collection yesterday, and have pretty much been listening to it non-stop.  I'm very pleased with some of the more "obscure" stuff they included on this CD like "Wasted" and "Paper Sun".

Fort Minor
It is Mike Shinnoda(sp?) from Likin Park trying to break into the rap scene.

It is pretty meh...
Nothing great.
I don't see them going far unless they either keep getting lucky and collaborating with random other rappers or they really get better.
Other wise Shinnoda better just stick with LP.
(who is releasing a new album in the fall i hear.)

Covenant – 20 Hz

The rain that fall for weeks
Painting pictures on the streets
Twisted stars beneath my feet
I cruise the crowd

If there is only one thing that electronic music does better than any other sort of general genre, its melody.  The chord progression in the refrain is amazing.  It kind of also reminds me of his other big hit “Like Tears in Rain” (obvious blade runner reference).  I also think 20 Hz was on the Project Gotham Racing 3 soundtrack.
