Pretty Fly for a White Guy by Offspring

Love the video to that one. The Offspring were masters at goofing on the American middle-class suburban "culture," and "Pretty Fly" was the pinnacle.

Been listening to a shit-ton of AC/DC over the past week, though I must say I really enjoy Thunderstruck as it really pumps me up. Also makes for a good drinking game. Every time the word thunder or thunderstruck is said have a swig of beer.

Then today a Co-Worker introduced me to this wacky series of songs on Youtube, Richard Cheese. The guy makes jazz renditions of many songs. I enjoy the wacky nature of his songs.

Also I realized what song I want to be played at my funeral while I'm getting laid to rest. It would my last joke to earth.

The National - Trouble Will Find Me
Jason Isbell - Southeastern
The Walkmen - You and Me

Admittedly, I've listened to very few of the albums that have been released in 2013, but the albums from The National and Isbell may become all-timers for me.

^What the hell did I just watch?  That was... weird, to say the least.

Anyway, two songs in particular have been really getting a lot of listens from me lately:

This is one of my absolute favorites, if not possibly my favorite, by Maiden.  And next:

Big fan of these guys, too, and I love that they got the Metal God himself to sing a verse.

Pink Floyd - The Wall

@TheSaintOfPain - Flight of Icarus is a bad ass song!

That would of been an amazing tour to see.
