^ The weird thing is I have posted several Youtube videos on this site and they just showed up as the URL link on this site. So I usually delete them. A day or two later I do the exact same thing and they are embedded on this site just fine. It;s just so strange to me.

I do the exact same thing and it changes a few days later. Sometimes their are days where their are a dozen Youtube posts from several users and none of them embed. Then the next day a dozen more show up and all of them embed.

I overthink crap...

I am pretty thoroughly in love with a new band called Field Report. It's the brainchild of a guy who was in the same band as Justin Vernon before he started Bon Iver. It's folksy and awesome...if you're into that sort of thing, I strongly recommend giving it a listen.

Currently spinning Nocturne by Wild Nocturne. Long overdue on this one and I'm liking most of it so far.

The long version of The Thunder Rolls, by Garth Brooks.

She runs back down the hallway
And through the bedroom door
She reaches for the pistol
Kept in the dresser drawer
Tells the lady in mirror
He won't do this again
'Cause tonight will be the last time
She'll wonder where he's been

Three of the greatest video game tunes ever-- and all on the same game:

Each theme fits the gameplay of its respective level so well, it's total frickin' art.

I agree Mr. Zagnorch, Star Fox has some great music to complement it.

I'm a 16-Bit nut when it comes to music. Sometimes I'll pop in a game just to listen to the BGM.

Personally this one always makes you feel rewarded. Although short is still lovely.

Also I really enjoy the music from M.U.S.H.A. on the Genesis a lot. It complements the game perfectly. Its a heavy metal based theme with a rushed feeling to pump you up and keep you on your toes. Probably why this game is one of the most sought after SHMUPS game ever created.

And after so many stages of hard work and heavy metal music you get something calm and rewarding for the credits. A very different sound from the rest of the soundtrack.

I really wish a metal band would remake the M.U.S.H.A. soundtrack. I love metal! inlove
