Awww, thanks Zagnorch. I had to turn off the radio an my way back home from work. Pissed me off as now I see 90% of the songs out there are love songs. Ahhhhhh!!!! Like I said I'm happy now not sad. But music is pissing me off, reminds me of the start of our relationship.

If you are going to cover an iconic 80's track, you shouldn't try so hard to sound the same.  Look at the Northern Kings's cover of Tina Turner's We Don't Need Another Hero and the obviously notable Tainted Love cover by Marilyn Manson.  I would say this was a great way to cover some Simple Minds and toss it into a new genre.




BUT, RIGHT NOW I"M LISTENING TO IRON MAIDEN.  Saw them last night, and it was an awesome experience.  Being an 80's metalhead, I was thrilled to find out that they would be close.
