I've been on a big Deftones kick lately, they've been one of my favorites since middle school.

'Around the Fur" was one of the first 5 CDs I ever got. I think I got it on the first day it was on sale. I think that put me in about 8th grade. I listened to that darn CD every day when I walked to school Smiley

White Pony put me through 8th grade or whenever that was. Hmm...now I'm feeling nostalgic for that album...

As long as no one champions the self-titled album. I'm a Deftones fan but 70% of that album was inexcusable.

I will, and always will be, a champion of "Adrenaline." Fireal will always be my favorite Deftones song.

The new Death Cab for Cutie single, I Will Possess Your Heart. Wow, the critics are right, this album is going to be fucking ballsy. I bet Atlantic Records is getting pissed off that DCFC gave them an 8 minute long single that doesnt have vocals for the first 4 and a half minutes. And apparently they have a 9 minute long song on the new album too...so sounds like I'm in for a wild ride when I get the new album in May.

MTV (boo hiss) really seemed to dig the new album...hopefully I do too.

A lot of Animal Collective and Panda Bear. It's fairly awesome stuff.

Get to go to the Turf Club and see him tonight, too. Should be a great show.
