I'm reading The Robots of Dawn by Asimov. The final book in the robot series, and by far the best. I liked the first two novels a lot but I cannot believe how much better this one is by comparison.

i just finished The Wheel of Time series! it was amazing, i highly recommend it to anyone that likes fantasy. as overused as it is, there's no word that describes the final book better than epic. i mean seriously it has about 150 pages of politics and character development, and then 750 pages of non-stop action with a massive world war.

Just over 400 pages into Murakami's "The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle." I've put down reading for quite a while after getting burned out from reading in graduate school; probably averaged somewhere between 2-3 novels a week + papers. Really enjoying and now and glad to be back. Read "Norwegian Wood" a few years ago and really liked it. Have a few more Murakami books on order right now.

I'm going to finish In Cold Blood today.
It is one of the best books I have ever read. I'm very curious to read something else by Capote because In Cold Blood is so masterfully written It really makes the reader feel like he is with the characters, which makes the book very disturbing. I'm curious if that masterful writing transfers well to something that is not at seedy and sensational, like Breakfast at Tiffany's.

I'm reading something called "Knights of the Blood" I got in a Dollar Store, the actual story is interesting, but the writing is really clunky/beige and hard to get used to(it took me about 50+ pages to get used to it enough to ignore it) and the characters are kinda dull.
Boy the writer loves his cars though, the minute he gets a chance to talk about cars, or have a character talk about cars. the writing gets really enthusiastic and detailed.
