The Encyclepedia of Heavy Metal

This book kicks ass. Got it for $19.95 at Barnes & Noble the other day.

The Cleric Quintet Collector's Edition by R.A. Salvatore.

Next I'll probably go back and read the Ice Wind Dale Trilogy again, too. <3's for Drizzt!

After reading all the Drizzt books out at the time of the release of the Cleric Quintet I could not read that series. The first book was boooring. Does it get better?

Do you collect Forgotten Realms novels?

I'm reading
Tides of War by Steven Pressfield
Sharpe's Fortress by Bernard Cornwell
And, the Lone Wolf and Cub Series. Though thats graphic novels.

P.S. I hate those stupid Dan Brown books. Okay, so people love all the symbology and secret orders and crap but sheesh, you can find that stuff anywhere. (I read the REAL history of the knights templar three or four times before The Da Vinci Code came out. The best is Dungeon Fire and Sword by John J. Robinson) I don't think think Dan Brown's that great a writer anyways. For instance the storyline in The Da Vinci code. It's horribly contrived.

Just read through some of this month's Electric Caver, which is the Cincinnati Cave Grotto's monthly newsletter.  A photo of mine miraculously made it into the issue.  This is not the current issue (not available online for another two months or so), but here's a cover of an old issue:

I want to resubscribe but i don't have the finances right now. Maybe i can bum some money off my dad to pay for it and pay him back later.

More currently i am reading Readers Inc. trying to figure out what i have to do to properly site my work and set up this paper.
It sucks alot.

Why still get it Collectors Corner is going away or is gone so why bother? Everything in that mag is free all over the internet.

Collectors Coset is actually getting expanded based on what i had read in March issue.

Alot of readers seem to be interested in the Select Games (which was greatly expanded to my liking), more coverage of Japanese games (also to my liking more out o getting general knowledge), Collectors Closet which is on its second issue since Joe left (he told me he did half of January but he also had a article in Febs issue) also may be getting expanded.

Actually i like the Mag more now than i have in awhile(they dropped in quality for a couple months IMO). I go thru it much quicker but i can go back to it for referance. That and they are adding to the things i already liked. I am going to miss it if i can't resubscribe soon.

Still need to get a copy of Issue 100 the only issue i missed in about 4 years
I think i started in September 2001.
