Wow... Just wow.

That last paragraph sums it perfectly. Complain all you want about never finding anything good at the thrifts, but you never know what's around the corner.

that is true that you never know what you will find next unless you look. I collect 8 bit atari stuff and if you look on ebay everything that is not atari basic seems to carry a heafty price. ROMOX games non gaming games, and fun titles even pacman can be listed at 15.00 +. I was on another gaming site and found a guy with a whole ton for what comes out to about 5.00 ea. Going to add alot of good games , hes happy with alot of my cash going to him and I get alot of good games i need with a few left overs for trade bait. But if i didnt plug on and hunt i would have missed it and someone else would have gotten it. Congrats to her for finding what she did .

That lady needs to get to Vegas right away with her luck!  I wonder what has better odds...finding a boxed Stadium Events or hitting lotto...?

Is the price mentioned really the going rate for a loose copy?  Frack, I remember when they were going for 400-500.

Heh, yeah Charlotte is a few hours away from me and I hardly go there looking for games. I've hit some thrifts around that area and have never had much luck. Good for her and I hope the money she gets for it helps her out.

A boxed copy with a HUGE rip down the back and missing the manual just sold a couple days ago for $11,000+.
