My latest gripe involves an Amazon Marketplace transaction instead of eBay, so I apologize in advance if the following story doesn't quite fit in here. I don't know where else to vent.

ANYway, I just received a return request from an Amazon Marketplace customer for a Pokemon Silver cart I sold him because it doesn't save...

... which was something I'd stated in the item description IN CAPITAL FREAKING LETTERS when I posted it for sale.

For a place that got its start selling books online, it seems a good chunk of Amazon's customers are illiterate.  Angry

That's why I never list anything on Amazon that isn't perfect.  People generally never read the description (it doesn't even show up on mobile browsers), so I rarely bother with anything that is less than perfect.

Not eBay but this is pretty ridiculous.  This game was released and even amazon has some - used from $3.19 and up --- can even get one new for $50.00.

Do you mean Virtual Casino, or the Hang-On GP in the same image? Or the link that has a ton of images that are unrelated?
Does he mean unreleased, as in it was never freed from its case?  Roll Eyes

Virtual Casino - And he doesn't state it either way - he just needs to put brand new fresh from case -- not unreleased or anything along those lines.

No - he means unreleased. There are some bad reports out there that it wasn't released, as there are with a few other titles. Blame GameFAQs for stating that initially.

Are you kidding me. Roll Eyes

Granted, I'm pretty high on the Turbo Duo and I'd kill for some of those titles, but 6.5k for that lot?

Wow, it wouldn't even be that big an issue if they just took a second to mention that in the description. Gotta make room for a scrolling gallery and adverts for their store I guess.

What gets me about it is that its the most expensive listing for the game, and the box has been chopped and gutted, ruining it for half of the viewing audience.

But dude, it's got a hard case! They are awesome and totally worth the extra $30.99!

Well, there's one more expensive one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/131309670276

Sealed games don't count.

Looks fake too me

http://www.ebay.com/itm/P...s&hash=item1c48df6307

Also fake

Different guys but same price --makes me think he's playing the hiding game.  Just look at the labels the blotchness and the labels just look so cheesy.

Its fake. The 'E' in the ESRB rating is too narrow.
