My latest gripe involves an Amazon Marketplace transaction instead of eBay, so I apologize in advance if the following story doesn't quite fit in here. I don't know where else to vent.
ANYway, I just received a return request from an Amazon Marketplace customer for a
Pokemon Silver cart I sold him because it doesn't save...
... which was something I'd stated in the item description IN CAPITAL FREAKING LETTERS when I posted it for sale.
For a place that got its start selling books online, it seems a good chunk of Amazon's customers are illiterate.
