A week after buying our first arcade machine my wife sends me this text message:

"I was thinking how cool it would be to have an arcade in the basement"

Now she wants a pinball machine to go along with the Play Choice.

A friend of mine recently picked up a Dr Who and my wife wants one now.  I told her to put a little away into savings every week and she can get one before she knows it.  I really wish there was a Blade Runner pin Sad

By all means, help him first, we don't have the room yet.

I can help you both, you live in two entirely different areas. P.S. These things are expensive to ship.

Can't blame you a bit, pins are really fantastic to have at home. Keep an eye on CL, because you never know. Mine was a steal from a post there for $100.

I've also seen a few end up in the shopgoodwill.com auctions. You'd have to get lucky since it is local pickup, but I saw a Mata Hari (not sure if functional) go through there for about $300 a while back.

Finding a table in my area's not a problem - remember, I live near attractions central. Restoration is the problem.

Yeah, especially with real hardwood in that Florida humidity...

Humidity isn't a problem that a dehumidifier wouldn't solve, and most of the tables are in climate-controlled environments. It's just that most of the cheap ones are from vendors, and they end up being fairly beat up from use.

It's a "broad" term.

My soon-to-be wife and probably later-to-be ex-wife is still stuck in the "great, another box of useless s***" phase.  I think i can convince her to come with me to an upcoming convention in Washington, butI'll probably have to bribe her.

You're a lucky man, Bil.
