i'm not sure about top games, but there are a lot of lists of people's recommended favourites for each system in the RFGeneration Archives subforum (subforum to this video game generation one). http://www.rfgeneration.c...orum/index.php?board=28.0

this could still be an interesting topic though, i'll get back to it with my favourites after work Smiley

PS1: Final Fantasy VII
PS2: Final Fantasy X
PS3: Heavy Rain

I like doing these. I'm only going to list for systems that I actually still play.

Xbox: Halo: Combat Evolved (This is the game that got me back into gaming.)
Xbox 360: Halo 3: ODST
Genesis: Shining Force 2

I guess I don't play many systems anymore.

Hard to pick just one for some platforms. Taking SNES for example, i can't decide which one i love the most among Zelda, Super Metroid and Castlevania IV.

Yeah, it's easy to make a top 5 or 10 list but to pick a favorite per system is tougher.  For me, it came down to the game I play more than any other game on that system even to this day.
