I had 5 finds this year? The only real big thing I can remember picking up is the Vectrex. Sad

That's my big problem. I have tended to get SO MUCH stuff that I don't remember when I got one thing or the other. My 3DS XL from my wife is certainly on the list though. As is the Earthbound plastic case she got me...

@Zagnorch: Nice link back to the show!

No way I can remember for a whole year. Let's just say I got some stuff.

#1 - Little Samson from Bil
#2 - Bubble Bobble 2 from local store
#3 - Huge Famicom lot
#4 - Other Huge Famicom lot
#5 - Awesome controller and Castlevania goodies from Crabby because he is amazing!!

That's probably a fairly decent run down. I think my AV Famicom and Disk System were both this year. It's tough to remember exactly.

But we all know the real gem is your new Optimus Prime mask though, right?

I didn't think I had a good year until I really started to think back about the systems I bought earlier (games-wise, I only did ok). I also had things given to me by friends but I only want to list "finds" in the wild/online

5) Golden Axe Warrior (loose) on the Master System for ~$4

4) Alex Kidd in Shinobi World (CIB) on the Master System for $7.50

3) Cadash (CIB) on the Genesis  for $5

2) Vectrex (CIB) with all of the original packing foam and even the flimsy plastic bag that went over the system for $110. This would be #1 if I didn't have to sell it shortly after in order to make rent. It was an unexpected expense that pushed me to do so and I sold it for $160 + $40 store credit at my local game store. I think the guy ended up selling the packing foam, manual and plastic to a collector and kept the system/box for his personal collection.

1) 2 Atari 2600s (Vader) w/ 37 carts for $30. The people were selling them for $40, which I thought was completely reasonable. I asked them if they worked. They said they thought they did, but when I went to pick them up, they informed me that they weren't able to get them to go. They offered to give them to me for $20. I told them that I'd give them $30 and treat it like I'm still getting a deal at paying less than $1/game (I was hoping to get a bit of Karmic energy out of the deal). I got home and tested them to no avail. Then I tried my own RF switch and discovered that both systems worked perfectly. 2 days later, I sold one of the systems + 5 games (doubles) for $25 to my buddy's workplace. So, I essentially got an Atari 2600 (Vader) and 32 carts for $5.
