Id love to be able to upload my collection from excel to rfgen and vice versa.

You can already export your collection to a CSV file, which will work with Excel. I think the only problem with importing would be dealing with variants, naming conventions, etc. We have some quirks to how we name things, so you would already have to match every game you have in your sheet to an item that we have in the database anyway. Since you'll already be on that page, why not just add it to your collection?
As someone who deleted and reentered their entire collection (twice!), I know it's a pain. But I just don't see a viable scenario of importing your collection at this time.
