Boss Monster-Cool video game inspired card game on Kickstarter

Boss Monster looks like a pretty cool deck building/hand management game taking much of its inspiration from classic video games.  They were asking for $12,000 to get started but the project has received some serious attention and the retro gaming/table top crowd has pledged over $173,000 so far. 

I just backed it myself and I'm very excited to get my copy in February.  The $20 base game is all you need to play but for $25 or $30, you can get some nice bonuses.  Those prices include shipping within the US.

Thanks for sharing this! I was gonna kick myself if another cool Kickstarter slipped by under my nose.

I loved Ascension and Munchkin so hopefully I'll like this one too. Just gotta find more people to play with
