I would also add in the Ubisoft version of Indian Jones & the Last Crusade in the hard to find list.

Seen 3 of those in the past 6 months... :/

I think Wayne's World is still available. I'll check next time I'm out. As for Snow Brothers, I've not seen one in about a year.

Shadow:

Cart only I can believe but CIB is hard to find. You do seem to have a better market for NES games then where I live though.

I'll chime in and would throw Chip & Dales Rescue Rangers 2 in the top 10-15.  Other more rare titles include: Kid Klown in Night Mayor World and L’Empereur.

Shadow, I'll take that Bandit Kings of Ancient China if it is still around and also need a Wayne's World, after you take care of Crabby's of course. Wink

If you want to get into what games are rarest CIB thats a completely different story though. Then your talking stuff like Wacky Races, DK Jr. Math, Chubby Cherrub instead of many of the titles we've been talking about already.

I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart.  Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.

This store is in my area and is a great place to get some hard to find stuff. He is a very cool guy.  If you don't see it on the web site email him and ask.

Great place to get just a box or just the instructions to complete a set.

Also Duck Tales 2 has come up locally on craigslist 3 times in the last couple months in St. Louis

Yeah, when I was younger I didn't think Ducktales 2 and Tengen Tetris was that hard to find, I seemed to have traded multiple Tetris's at one time.  From what I hear now, it is getting harder to find.

Someone else could probably answer this better than I can, but I personally wouldn't call it rare, but it gets a bit pricey.  I would consider it not an easy find.  I did see them all the time though, back in 94,95, etc.

It would most likey fall into the uncommon category depending how you want to define it. There was a time when it was thought to me much rarer than it actually was and the price of the game got fairly high, but once people realized it was a bit easier to find than initially thought the price came back down. That really doesnt happen very often, so Tengen Tetris is a little unique in that aspect, because of that and its unique history (and being know as one of the best Unlicensed games to actually play) its kind of settled into a decent price point now considering all that.
