Hi there, first post on this site. I'm a relatively new collector of video games and was wondering if anyone could help me out, or rather we could maybe help each other out.

I've decided to start with the Snes and Nes systems, and specifically RPG's for those systems. Another thing you should know is that I'd mainly like to find these games CIB. I may still be interested in loose carts though as there are other ways to get matching manuals and boxes.

As condition does matter to me it'd be appreciated if you could send some pictures as well. I live within the U.S.

Thanks   Cheesy

Welcome Cobycom. Take a moment to browse the sales threads in the forum, you'll find a lot of decent people to work with here.

It would also help if you had a list we could compare against. Tongue

Okay, I'll do that. Thanks for the suggestions.

As far as a list goes, at this point you could probably offer just about any RPG CIB for those two systems and I'd at least be interested for the right price (I don't really have a big enough collection to deal in trades yet).

Some specific examples though:
Chrono Trigger
Secret of Mana
Any of the Final Fantasies
Any of the Dragon Warriors
The Ys series
Lufia
Earthbound
Romance of the three kingdom series
Super Mario RPG

I'm not sure exactly how this site works, as in who can view what, but I did set up a 'wish list' which lists many of the games I'm looking for. Not sure if that's helpful or not.

And another thing I'm currently on the lookout for is any of the megaman games, nes and snes and all three of the X games. And for every game please keep in mind I'm more interested in CIB than loose.

Thanks

Haha, yes I realize most of those aren't the cheapest games to get. I'm sure acquiring all those game will be a matter of several years and hundreds of dollars but it's just such a darn fun hobby.  Wink

Maybe he can join the $5 Super Mario RPG club. I hear that the jacket design is coming along.
