Sad to hear that NP is dead.  Looks like Retro Gamer and Gamestop Informer will have to feed me info.

Impressive that it lasted as long as it did. It will be missed.

Sucks to hear, but I cant complain to much since I didnt do anything to help the magazine over the last couple years. The only issues of NP I've picked up over the last 5 years have been Issues 20-100, lol.

It's time has passed.  I'm surprised GamePro is still kicking....isn't it?  Last I heard they were going quarterly

This really sucks.  I haven't liked the magazine as much since Future took over, but it was still better than nothing.  My dad has been subscriber since the first few magazines.

Neither did I.

I was more bummed when they stopped printing the Weekly World News in hardcopy.

None the less, I still have an affinity for the printed page, and while I understand why periodicals are gradually disappearing in hardcopy, I still don't have to like it.

I'm more into collecting NP back issues, too.

GamePro called it quits at the end of 2011.

Well this sucks.  I wasn't a subscriber, but I would pick up an issue from time to time.

With all the info you could really want already being on the internet (for the most part), I think game magazines as a whole will die out over the next 5-10 years. Sad
