Hes got a long way to go before he gets as offensive as George Carlin. If you go to a comedy show you should expect to be offended, thats the charm of a good comedian.

I agree dark humor can be funny, but if what the article said was true, he may have crossed the line with that statement towards the woman.

I don't think so.  He was making a joke.  I'm going to sound like an a**hole, but it would actually be kind of funny (more ironic, I guess) if she did get raped.  If you have ever seen his show, it doesn't really come as a huge surprise.

When you go to a Tosh show, you have to expect some rape jokes. That's what he does.
It's like going to a Who concert and complaining the music is too loud.
