Can someone help me with Nero?

I've got a cover I want to print but it's in Nero (ncd) format... I don't have Nero. Can somebody who does open the file and convert the file to JPG or PDF or something else more universal for me?

Frankly, I'd try downloading something like this (did a quick google):

It's called Xnview and should be able to open and print those .ncd files. According to the features on the site, it can open and work with just about any image format.
