Hey, I was gonna add World Tour to the database (The full band kit, and the guitar kit) but don't know whether or not to add it as a variation or a new game.   Huh  How should I go about adding said game to the database?

The full band kit is the default entry. The game only and the guitar/game bundle will both be variations. Smiley

**COUGH**There is no such thing has a default entry. The first entry is a variant of the second entry, the second entry is a variant of the first entry, etc.**COUGH**

I don't expect every member to know the ins and outs of the database ID system as the staff do. I was just giving him a clear path for adding his entry so he didn't feel like he had to make a judgement call or read a long explanation of variation additions.  Tongue

Basically if there's already a variation of the game in the database already, mark the new entry as a variant, even if you think it's the main version.  That's really the only reason that the option is in submission form, to make sure that entries that are variants of the same game are linked together Smiley

So should I assume that this http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-132-S-02130-A is the game only?

The control scheme filled in that entry needs to be edited, but it's actually the full kit/game. Adding Guitar Bundle or Game only to variation titles will sort that out much like with Rock Band in the database when it's searched.
