I just was looking through the images and there is one manual up for Dragon Warrior on NES and i have a different one. Mine says Explorer's Handbook on the front.
If this was in addition to the manual then the box mustve been huge. I have The explorers hand book, a world map, a poster/dungeon map, and a dragon warriors adventure guide.(it tells you what level you learn spells at and their basic effects.)

Yeah, The explorer's handbook didcome in addition to the manual. The box was no biggwer than the normal NES box, it was just stuffed tighter.

I know that all of them had at least the manual and map, but I'm not sure if any of the other ones had anything like the explorers handbook.
