The challenge will be Japan has changed them so there'll be a bunch.
Here's from a wiki entry:
On March 1st, 2006, CERO made a new, revised version of the ratings system. The symbols the CERO uses are stylized depictions of letters, meant to convey at a glance a game's suitability:
A (All ages) (Equivalent to the ESRB's EARLY CHILDHOOD, EVERYONE, and EVERYONE 10+ and PEGI's 3+ and 7+)
B (Ages 12 and up) (Equivalent to the ESRB's TEEN and PEGI's 12+)
C (Ages 15 and up) (Equivalent to the PEGI's 16+)
D (Ages 17 and up) (Equivalent to the ESRB's MATURE)
Z (Ages 18 and up only) (Equivalent to the ESRB's ADULTS ONLY and PEGI's 18+)
All would be CERO A, CERO B etc.
Black band for A
Green band for B
Blue band for C
Orange or yellowish color band for D
Red band for Z
No color on the label itself. That's just black and white.
Old style:
CERO Free
CERO 12
CERO 15
CERO 18
JPN Saturn has the following colors also:
CERO green label
CERO light blue
CERO yellow
CERO yellow w/18
CERO red 18
I'll mod this as more info is found.
