I sleep in a sleeping bag because my house is cold. It is a very comfortably way to sleep. So confortable in fact that I am still in it. I'm managed to hop over to the computer in it, but I don't want to get out. This would normally be OK, but I need to get out of it because I need to get food/do laundry/brush teeth/pu on pants and other various no sleeping bags allowed related tasks.

What can I do to give myself the sheer determination of will to get out of my sleeping-bag. Please help. Time if a factor. Sad

Cut holes in the bottom of the bag for your feet. Get a bungee cord to keep it from falling off as you walk around. If you can find a Mexican chick get her to sow zippers to the holes so you can close them when you're sleeping. If you can't find a Mexican chick just use Duct Tape.
