Ok, I picked up Super Star Wars this weekend and was wondering about the number.

SNS-V4-USA-2

I know SNS-V4-USA-1 is the million seller number, but what's up with the -2 ending? Is this a pack-in game or something different? It's made in Mexico if that helps. I'm sorry for such a basic question, but I don't know much when it comes to Nintendo stuff.

You should ask Qixmaster on this. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the nes & snes.

Probably another printing of the Million Seller version, but I can't say for sure.

Even though most product code upgrades (-1,-2) are related to Classics Series, Million Seller, etc, they are also sometimes related to very small improvements/differences (basically the rule of thumb is that any difference has a new product number...although there are some exceptions)...so chances are that your copy has -2 because of the "Made in Mexico" on the label (I assume the -1 Million Seller copy has "Made in Japan" on the label?).

Yep, I found out it is because of the made in Mexico part.
