NFL for me, basketball in second. When I was younger it would've been baseball, I lost interest after the strike.

football is fun to watch, but the NFL marketing crap has gone beyond annoying.  i prefer the college game, there is a lot more variety in the game itself (you dont have 32 teams trying to clone each other and shoehorn players into a system, in college the systems are designed around the stregnths and weaknesses of the players), but i still am a bengals fan.

but the best sport to watch is playoff baseball.  the tension that hangs on every pitch cannot be topped
