Video Game shops?
«

I'm looking for any and all vintage game stores in the southern NH, northern MA region. A friend and I want to tackle as many stores as possible tomorow, but are having a hard time trying to track down some stores in the area. If anyone knows of any and can provide addresses, or possibly a website listing them, I'd very much appreciate it, thanks.

All I see anymore is EB and Gamestop. They're as numerous as Starbucks these days.
Well there are a few places still, but not where you live.

A store called game universe just moved in on rt. 9 in Framingham. They deal almost exclusively in classic games. I would definitely give them a look if you have a chance. They have all sorts of boxed systems, and carry everything from 2600 and the like, to PS2 and X Box. Also, Game Crazy stores have been carrying NES, SNES and Sega games for a while, but I heard they are trying to phase those out. There is one in Arlington if you can get out that far. Hope this helps!
edit: The address for game universe is 1251 worcester road in Framingham and the number is 508-370-4263. Call ahead for some prices, the selection is far bigger than anything else around here.
