What happens when you have to delay two colors because of production errors, release nongames, Children of Mana, and the DS Lite all on the same day?

You end up with a system that actually sells out before going on sale.

Meanwhile in the Kyoto Headquarters of Nintendo Co. Ltd., executives are seen to be urinating on effigies of Sony Executives and Analysts.

I was going to get a DS but will hold out until the DS Lite is released in the states.
