Help me with Game Crazy job info

Which type of position do you desire? For a printed copy of Hollywood Game Crazy job descriptions, please see the manager on duty at your local store.
Store Director
Assistant Director
Guest Service Representative
Shift Leader

Since i can't get down to the store tonight could anyone here inform me on what these different positions actually mean?

Store Director - Store Manager
Assistant Director - Assistant Manager
Shift Leader - Lead Sales (At most places deals with the money side of operations only, does not become involved making things look nice and pretty.)
Guest Service Representative - Probably fancy name for line associates / crew members / cast members / lowest rung of the food chain.

I already filled out all the rest of the job app.
It was online only so i have 24 or 48 hours to finish it.
And i think the only thing i have left is to pick the position.

I want to figure out for sure what each thing is so i am more likely to get the position.
So all i need now is to figure out for sure what that last one is.

I have no problem being the "grunt" who deals with the public and tells them about games and blah blah.

I know i am not going with either of those top 2 positions though i would definately get my app tossed out.
