How hard would it be to let individuals to see the log of when they added games to there collections? I would assume the site keeps a record of when they are added, but I didnt know if it would be easy to show.

I don't think the site would store that information unless it was planned to display it somewhere.
Adding such a feature would be very easy. When the item is added, add the current timestamp into the database with it.
