Japan gets River City Rampage?  Sad

Also the looks like the controllers are hard wired just like the original Famicom.

Stephen Kick: “The thing about classic games was that they were the first for an entire generation. Successive works are going to be important to individuals and even to groups, but never to a whole generation in the same way.”

Lots of interesting tidbits here.

1. No mic in the second controller.  At least, not one that is apparent.  I guess it doesn't make sense to take on the extra cost just to let the nostalgic yell at Pols Voices.

2. No Super Mario Bros. 2 For Super Players.  Very puzzling omission for the Japanese audience.

3. A clear look at the interface and functionality of the Mini devices.  Reset as save state?  Genius!

I hope Play-Asia gets these so I can pick one up.

Hardwired controllers (just like the original), and an undersized controller to fit in the miniaturised console.  Form seems to have gotten in the way of function here, which is a shame.

Good to see that there are some different games.
