I can't trust Nintendo after they butchered A Link to the Past and Super Mario World on the Game Boy Advance. They weren't quite the colossal f-up that the Star Wars re-releases were, but they were in the same ball park.
I also think they would have the notion that modern gamers wouldn't "get" the challenge of Majora's Mask and somehow make the game insultingly easy.
