I think this has been up for discussion in the past. We have games in the database that had retail cases with downloadable codes in them already:

http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-016-S-37050-A

(Incidentally, both submitted by me... so take that with a grain of salt. These were both the only retail versions of these. The first was a pre-order bonus DLC that Best Buy decided to sell at retail after the pre-orders failed to generate interest, and the 2nd was a retail case with a code inside.)

I noticed that the Marvel vs Capcom 2 (PS3) retail digital code/case was in the database, but not the Duck Tales Remastered (PS3) one so I wasn't sure. Thanks Ray

Mind you, the media format would be Downloadable (since it's still just a code), but it's sold in retail packaging with a UPC, not just a card on a rack. We're going to be seeing a lot more of this in the future with the push towards digital distribution.
