PSN as a platform
«

i can't tell which is preferable:
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend [PSVita]
on the platform
Sony PlayStation Network
, or
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend
on the platform
Sony PlayStation Vita
with the Media Format set to 'Downloadable'. i know i'd prefer the latter; downloadable services like steam, gog and origin are all useful for the db but for dedicated consoles & handhelds i think it's better to use the media format to distinguish the entry as a digital one. but the db is full of both sorts of entries. any sort of consensus on this?

the thing with PSN is that a lot of the titles are cross compatible with other sony systems. the digital areas of the database are relatively new though and have a lot of kinks, but i think PSN games should be kept separate imo.

The problem is that Sony changes everything every time they release a new system.
But the consensus is that we need to make a separate DB for downloadable games from scratch. Its just that that takes a lot of time, especially since we don't know exactly what we want/need in the DB, we can't start designing pages.
