As my collection has grown, I have gotten to see many different box art for video games. I have seen a lot of shitty art, weird, and interesting stuff as well. I think though some of the best box art that is out there comes from Imagic. The art they did for Intellivision and Atari was very well done. The one I especially like is Beauty & the Beast.

So I am wondering what is your favorite Box Art?

Quick, someone drudge up the blog post about box art if it still exists! That blog had some really good ones. I think Marriott_Guy posted it.

Not quite it...maybe it wasn't a blog, or from MG, but I remember it being a comparison between the different regions for the same game box art.

Phalanx on the SNES is probably my favorite, but I really haven't paid much attention to box art over the years.

Really love the simple and to the point Sonic the Hedgehog for the Canadian/European release. Nice clean simple background and the character of the game is front and center. Loved it so much that Fleach was kind enough to hook me up with a copy of the Canadian release.

I remember when I saw that sonic art for the first time a few months ago. Pretty neat. I was like this is different Huh??

There are some great box art out there. I enjoy displaying different boxed games I have and switching it out every few weeks
