http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JFK:_Reloaded

Very controversial at the time. I thought it'd be best if I asked before I submitted. I don't know what the policy is on feather ruffling here. Tongue

And if so, can an admin make IBM PC available region free? Since it's a downloadable, it really isn't limited to a region.

It's download only, right?  if it is it wouldn't be put in their.

Edit:  whilst adding a game, I discovered you could put downloadable games in.  interesting.

And no game is to controversial around here Wink

Well if I'm going to add it, I need IBM PC's to be able to be "Region Free", since it was released world wide. Currently it doesn't allow you to select region free for pc. Could an admin address this?

The trouble with PC Download games is you could go on and on adding all sorts of Flash/Internet games that didn't have a commercial release. With console downloads they are localised with only one place to get them. Therefore they have a set library that can easily be documented.

Should be all taken care of. Wink If you don't get a response to a thread in a day or two, it usually means we are extremely busy. That doesn't mean we can't fix/add anything, it just means that PM'ing us will yield faster results as we sometimes can't keep up with all the forum activity while we work on the databases or the site in general.

No worries about ruffled feathers. Controversial as it is, it's still not the worst thing out there and we have much more controversial games like Manhunt in our database or any one of the eroge/hentai titles.

As far as downloadable titles, this is new and relatively uncharted territory as far as the database is concerned. If we reject a game submission we'll always tell you why. Rule of thumb is only downloadable titles that were sold commercially will be accepted, JFK may be abandonware now, but at one time sold for $9.99 and $4.99 online before it was removed from the market.
