I havn't been working at this current place long, but my boss seems indecisive.  It's hard to get direction from someone who takes forever to make a decision.  I suppose this is what government work is like...

I voted I'm my own boss. While not completely true it mostly is. My boss runs the shop I work at and one an hour away. He never comes to our shop. When he needs to "talk" about something he just calls our phones.

My boss is also my uncle, so he's nice to me, but he's nice to everyone too.  Plus, I never see him since I work when no one else is.  Although he did say he was going to get me a better job and never talked about it again.

My boss(es) at the Pepsi plant this summer were awesome.  Other past supervisors and bosses were okay, but not as cool.

Current boss is pretty cool with the exception of his HUGE blindspot for his grandson who does nothing.

Last boss was cool too. We rarely butted heads. We got into a couple arguements that at any other jobs would have got me fired.

Every other boss was awesome because they were family.

My boss is an ass.  He's an alcoholic workng in the hospital and still has his job.  He plays favor and only gives a shit about one person in the shop.  All the other people in the shop are nothing to him.  Now you know one reason why I hate my job...
