I was under the impression 40 Winks was never released, but made it out as a review code, so I would have thought the only games available will be promos and review copies.
On another forum there's this guy from Australia who could swear he rented 40 Winks many years ago
and
a friend of mine here in Norway is pretty sure he had 40 Winks in his store back in the days - and he bought the games for his shop from a company who imported games from Australia...

I scanned a lot of PAL N64 manuals recently, let me know if you want the codes for those (some games have quite a few different manuals).
Also, here's the code for Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero: NUS-NMYP-EUR
and Spacestation Silicon Valley: NUS-NSVP-EUR (this one's from the manual, but I think EUR manuals all came with EUR carts anyway, right?)

Actually I'm just helping a friend of mine, who's got all the games on the list (so we know for sure they were released), but there's a lot of rumours about PAL releases for those 4 games I'm wondering about.
Not sure about if EUR manuals came with EUR carts, but I would think so - I'll have to check my games some day.
I looked at my copy of Spacestation (don't know why I haven't got the code for the list?) and my cart, manual and box have this code: NUS-NSVP-EUU
