what should the first toipic be for the first group chat?

I agree, I think that limiting the chat to a single topic, even when it's a broad topic, will just reduce the number of people joining in & chances that we'll stray off the topic will be high anyway Wink  The group chat could also be used as a feedback system, to hear about any complaints/suggestions/etc.

I totally agree.  A time to talk about bugs/comments/suggestions would be a great idea.
