How many here are Cheap Ass Gamers? I'm a Cheap Ass Gamer. If you have never been to cheapassgamer.com it is a good site to see what games are on sale. There is a Kmart Clearance Thread that has been going for a few months now. I have picked up a few Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube games for $2 and $3 each.

I just thought I would tell anyone looking to buy some cheap games to add to their collection where to get some. I have posted maybe five times at CAG in the past four months,but I check out what's cheap about once a week there.

I'll go on the record as saying the Sears sale isn't at all stores because all the games were $10 and higher.  Most were at $18.  I hit the Brookfield store and the Southridge mall store.  The F-zero game stated being $2 was $18 at both them stores!!  Damn bullshit!

Sorry to hear that. A lot of people in the Sears Clearance Thread said the prices are different. They are hit or mis. The thread was previously named "weird Sears clearance thread"

Did you have someone check the price at the register?

When I got Mario Party 4 w/Wavebird controller for $7 at K-mart back in June it was still marked $59. I just asked them to check the price and it came up $7. Most of the games I got cheap still had a high price tag on them. Also The Kmart thread is more accurate then the Sears one.

I've been a CAG since February 2004, and I've found a LOT of great deals there (as well as a number of free magazine subscriptions).  The coolest thing though is that I met another local CAG who is now one of my best friends.
