This had to get it's own thread.  This is my BEST pickup of all time.  I'll not waste anymore time and continue on to the goodies!

To start the day, I went to a few (50 or so) yard sales.  Here's what I got....

Madden 2002 - Gameboy Color

Altered Beast - Genesis
Greatest Heavyweights - Genesis
NBA Jam - Genesis
Tony Lasorda's Baseball - Genesis
Streets of Rage 3 - Genesis Complete
Bulls v. Lakers and the NBA Playoffs - Genesis Complete
John Madden Football 1993 - Genesis Complete

NBA Ballerz - XBox Complete
WWF Raw - XBox Complete
ESPN 2K5 - XBox Complete
Legends of Wrestling 2 - XBox Complete

Disney's Party - Gamecube Complete
Namco Museum - Gamecube Complete

Freedom Fighters - Odyssey 2
Attack of the Timelord - Odyssey 2
Blackjack - Odyssey 2
Alien Invaders Plus - Odyssey 2 (Box only)
Speedway/Spin-out/Cryptologic - Odyssey 2 (box only)
Math-a-Magic - Odyssey 2 (Complete in box!)
Football - Odyssey 2 (Complete in box!)

Playstation Racing Wheel Complete in box

When I got home, I checked the mail, and there were some more things I had traded for on the DP boards!

Adventures of Lolo 3 - NES
Cyberball - NES
Nightmare on Elm Street - NES

Mario and Luigi Partners in Time - DS
Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow - DS
Mario 64 DS - DS
Warioware Touched - DS

Then I convinced Courtney to go out to the pawn shops about an hour away.  I honestly bought NOTHING from ANY of them.  However, when we were driving by, I picked up a loose Genesis game at a Goodwill for $.99.

Budokan - Genesis

Then we decided to go to a flea market that is about another 30 minutes out.  Again, we found nothing there.

After that, we started driving and found a random video store.  Courtney jokingly said "Want to go in?"  Of course I wanted to go in, so we did.  Well, THIS is where the REAL fun began.  This is what I found at this store.

NBA Live 97 - Genesis Complete (2 copies)
Jammit - Genesis Complete
NFL Quarterback Club - Genesis Complete
Wrestlemania the Arcade Game - Genesis Complete
Double Dribble the Playoff Edition - Genesis Complete
LaRussa Baseball - Genesis Complete
Jeopardy Sports Edition - Genesis Complete
Madden 97 - Genesis Complete
College Slam - Genesis Complete
Madden 95 - Genesis Complete
NBA Showdown 94 - Genesis Complete
Sportstalk Football 93 Montana - Genesis Complete
NCAA Football - Genesis Complete
Tecmo Super Hockey - Genesis Complete

After I got these games, I would have been completely satisfied going home and playing some good games.  But no.  It didn't happen that way.

The lady that was running the video store mentioned that she had a small collection of her own.  Mostly regular NES games.  She happened to mention that she got them all from this one guy she knows through her husband.  He appartently goes to flea markets and yard sales because he knows people will buy them from him.  Well, after asking her to call him for me a few times.  She did, and here's what I lucked into!

Mortal Kombat 3 - Genesis Complete

Earthbound - SNES
Secret of Mana - SNES
Kirby Super Stars - SNES (2 copies)

Rainbow Islands - NES
Blue Marlin - NES
Contra - NES
Contra Force - NES
Mike Tyson's Punchout - NES
Adventure Island 3 - NES
Ninja Gaiden 3 - NES
Turtles 3 - NES
Ice Climber - NES
Godzilla 2 - NES
Mighty Bomb Jack - NES
Maniac Mansion - NES

Not too bad, huh?!

Here's the damage, not counting the mail stuff...$114.80!!!  Yay for gaming!

On a side note, here's a funny thing we stopped to see today.  Someone MOVED a 3 story house.  It's on the "House Jack" in this picture.  Pretty wild, eh?

You can trade for NG3, Capt.  And you can trade for one of the Kirby games, Sailor.

Apparently those racing wheels are quickly falling out of favor.  I've found two in as many weeks for $5 a piece.

Nice haul, especially those SNES games!
