The not-so-popular filmmaker Uwe Boll has recently secured the rights to direct a movie based off the Postal video game franchise. Running With Scissors CEO Vince Desi believes that the controversy surrounding Boll (makes him a great fit for the project, as it proves that he is truly independant.

Boll himself had the following to say regarding his latest project, "I see it like a mirror for our society--funny, violent, absurd! So then the movie must be powerful, strange, and so full of the game's political incorrect outrageousness that if we do it correct, we will all probably end up in jail!"

I talked to Vince Desi once in an Email and he tried to convince me that Postal 2 was a smashing success. I humored him, but he might be delusional.

I remember Uwe Boll saying in an interview "It was a pointless shoter game, so when I made it a movie it had to become pointless as well to stay true to the original.

BTW: Herr Boll, could you please change your nationality? You know, you could become - well, uhm - Martian, for example.
Of course you'd have to live there then.
That would be a relief to a lot of people.

I finally saw House of the Dead. What a piece of shit. Usually in a bad movie you can find something good about it. Not this POS. Damn shame since House of the Dead is one of my favorite Dreamcast games.
